2009 Fighting Illini Meet 'N' Greet Tour

University of Illinois football coach Ron Zook has signed on for all four stops of the 2009 Fighting Illini Meet 'n' Greet Tour announced by the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics. The Illini Meet and Greets return in 2009 again after a successful tour in 2008.

The tour begins on May 4 at the Bloomington Country Club in Bloomington, Ill. It includes stops in Peoria and Springfield before it concludes on May 20 in Chicagoland. Coach Zook will be joined by head coach Bruce Weber for the Bloomington and Springfield dates.

The events are free of charge, but fans must reserve their admission before each event. Venues are limited to 500 people except for the Bloomington event, which is limited to 250. There will be a cash bar available at most (if not all) locations. Because alcohol will be present and with respect to NCAA rules, please insure all guests are age 18 or over. Dress is business casual – no jeans or T-Shirts.
